Tom & Mandy’s Norfolk Farm Wedding | Topcroft | Norfolk
A Norfolk farm wedding at it’s best, Mandy and Tom first told me about their plans early last year, I underestimated how much fun this wedding was going to be, I felt honoured to be a part of their celebrations.
The day started off in Lowestoft, Suffolk at Mandy’s parents house, I was greeted with fresh tea and lots of giggles from Mandy and her bridesmaids, preparations were well underway with make up being done by the awesome Emily of LoveMoi and hair by Sarah. After a couple of hours with Mandy I headed back to their village of Topcroft, Norfolk to see Tom an his Groomsmen at the church, Topcroft Church is one of my favourite ceremony venues in Norfolk, the room and light in there is perfect for a photographer.
Tom and his groomsmen arrived in style at the church in style, in a JCB bucket, it certainly made the guests mouths drop as he did.
Mandy and Toms ceremony was beautiful, Mandy had all her guests in fits of giggles as Tom’s hands had swollen with the heat she couldn’t get his ring on, but after some gentle persuasion it squeezed on perfectly.
After the ceremony we traveled the short distance to Tom’s farm were the reception was being held in one of the barns. Mandy had a seaside theme to which the barn was lined with trawler nets and driftwood decorated with details from the seaside.
After the speeches and breakfast we decided to head out for couple shots into the cornfield for some crazy golden hour shots, the light was absolutely perfect and the backdrop of the Norfolk countryside as the sun was setting was absolutely magical.
The guests then danced the night away in the barn till the early hours celebrating the marriage of Mandy and Tom.
Thank you to both of you for letting me capture your day once again.
